Description: Festive little yoghurt-drop cookies for ratties and other rodents. |
- 1 cup wheat flour
- Tbsp baking powder
- cup yogie chips (could substitute with carob chips as well)
- cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- cup milk (any kind works, can alter depending on what you have on hand, etc)
- 1 large egg
- cup water
- 1 Tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 375* F
Mix wheat flour, baking powder, peanut butter, milk, egg, water, and honey in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add yogies and mix well.
Scoop out tablespoon sized globs and roll in hands into a 1.5 inch diameter ball. If too sticky, add a bit more flour, if too crumbly, add a little bit more water or milk.
Put dough balls evenly spaced on an ungreased cookie sheet and lightly press down with a fork to create criss-cross pattern.
Put in oven on middle rack for 12-15 minutes or until done.
Let sit for 1 minute and then put on cooling rack.
Break into smaller pieces for individual ratties and store remainders in an airtight tub.
You can freeze extras to make them last longer.
