A spicy cheeseball, great on crackers or bread.
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 package cream cheese (250 g)
- 2 fresh cloves of pressed garlic
- tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry red paprika (for colour)
- tsp magi or worchestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together.
Form ball with slightly wet hands and if desired roll in coarse mixture of walnuts or other nuts.
